The bees have arrived and are happily settled in. I haven’t posted most of the summer…my last post works out to be almost exactly when I started working again. Funny how that happens, what with the whole finite amount of time thing.
Speaking of limited time, we are frantically trying to fit more into our remaining week of summer before the kids head back to school.
In the last few days we’ve hiked Reynolds Park Trail, cheered on a friend at the Boulder Reservoir Ironman, jumped in a lake, and hit the pool a few times. The crown jewel of summer? We are going camping this weekend. Maybe that should be “camping” or CAMPING!!!. Hard to say. It will be my first camping trip ever — not to mention the first with 3 kids. I’m imagining something that shifts schizophrenically between The Sound of Music and Blair Witch. We’ve picked Turquoise Lake, by Leadville.
